Event attendance and no-show policy
Places at our events are limited, and partner companies plan for the number of people who sign up. To keep events fair and accessible for all members, we ask everyone to follow this policy.
Sign up in time
Sign up for an event on its page on this website no later than 12 hours before it starts.
Cancel if you can't come
If you can't attend an event you signed up for, let us know at least 24 hours in advance at info@ethsg.club. That way we can offer your spot to another member.
What happens after a no-show
Not attending without letting us know in advance counts as a no-show and may result in:
- First time: a friendly reminder of this policy and why it matters for our community.
- Repeated no-shows: possible restrictions on attending future events, such as being placed on a waitlist.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you can't attend because of one, tell us as soon as possible. We handle these cases individually, with understanding and discretion.
